What is your Late Policy?
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will try to work you in. In the unlikely event we are unable to, you may be asked to reschedule.
What is your No-Show Policy?
There is a $50 no-show fee for all missed appointments. We reserve the right dismiss patients from our practice who fail to keep their scheduled appointment.
How do I arrange for medication refills?
For non-controlled substances, please call your pharmacy and request a refill authorization to be sent to our office.
For controlled substances, you may submit a request online, call our office at 817-861-2288, or email us at nussbaumoffice@yahoo.com. Please be sure to included child's name, DOB and medication requested. Please allow 24 hours before picking up prescription. We are not able to call in or fax controlled substances, we apologize for any inconvenience. We can mail prescriptions upon request.
What do I do if my child is sick during evenings or weekends?
If it is after office hours, you may call our office, which will then direct you to the answering service. The answering service will page Dr. Nussbaum and she will contact you shortly. If it is decided that your child needs prompt medical attention, she will refer you to one of the following:

Do you offer same day sick appointments?
Yes, we do our very best to accommodate same day sick visits. We understand the urgency of being seen same day. We do not accept walk-ins. Please call our office to schedule a sick visit
